National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for Animation, Visual Effects,Gaming and Comics (AVGC) 

Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) under Ministry of Information

and Broadcasting, Government of India is setting up of a National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) with a vision to develop highly skilled talent and nurture IP development in AVGC.
