Next tranche of GoI's financial assistance for the Metro Express Project

PRESS RELEASE

A cheque of USD 27.5 million, as the next tranche of Government of India's financial assistance, under the agreed Special Economic Package grant of USD 353 million to Mauritius, towards the Metro Express Project, was handed over to Hon. Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, Prime Minister, Minister of Home Affairs, External Communications and National Development Unit, Minister of Finance and Economic Development by the High Commissioner of India Shri Abhay Thakur today.
